Exchange Policy
Our exchange process is straightforward and hassle-free. Simply return the book(s) in new condition through any courier service. Please reuse our original bubble wrap and carton sheet for secure packaging. Include a note inside the package mentioning the item(s) you wish to exchange. Once received, we will process the exchange immediately and ship the replacement to you. If any clarification is needed, our representative will contact you directly.
Return Policy
Our returns are just as simple. Send the book(s) back in new condition via any courier service, using our bubble wrap and carton sheet for packing. Please include your JazzCash or Easypaisa account details on a note inside the package. We will refund the cost of the books to you within 5 working days of receiving your return.
Processing Time & Charges
Exchange requests typically take 5–7 days to process, and customers only need to cover the shipping cost.
Important Notes
- Only incorrect or defective books are eligible for a refund or exchange.
- You must record a video showing the damaged or incorrect book(s) and send it to us via WhatsApp (0304 4091529) within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Please contact us using only one method of communication to avoid delays in response time.
